On April 3, 2025, Muganga SACCO successfully held its 8th Ordinary General Assembly at IRCAD Africa. The meeting brought together elected delegates and key stakeholders to review the SACCO’s performance and approve critical institutional matters.
The Guest of Honor, Mr. Donatien Ngabo Ntagara, Director of the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at the Ministry of Health, commended Muganga SACCO’s growth since its inception. He assured members that the Ministry will continue to seek ways to support the SACCO in expanding its capacity to offer loans to members. He also expressed appreciation to the Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) and the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) for their continued oversight and support.
The Assembly was also graced by representatives from the National Bank of Rwanda, who facilitated informative sessions on Financial Education and Consumer Protection—equipping delegates with knowledge to further support their communities.
During the session, delegates approved the external auditor’s report for the financial year 2024 and ratified several revised policies that guide the SACCO’s operations.
Muganga SACCO remains committed to good governance, financial inclusion, and providing affordable services to its members across the health sector.
