If you have been double-deducted for loan repayment, please write a letter explaining the issue and send it to info@mugangasacco.rw.
As per the resolution passed by the General Assembly, the amount saved above 5% is kept in a “term deposit account” with 3% interest for a maximum of three years. This resolution does not apply to members who have utilized their savings as collateral for loans.
No, if you have been a member of Muganga SACCO since its early days, you already have an account. You can check your account number using our digital tools such as mobile banking USSD (*565#), mobile app, and internet banking.
Retired members can choose to continue their membership or request the withdrawal of their savings. We advise the former so that they can continue to receive the benefits even in their retirement.
To request the withdrawal of your savings, please write a letter to the Board of Directors and include your bank account details. Send the letter to refund@mugangasacco.rw. The final approval for this request is subject to the General Assembly.
